Freedom of expression and the responsibilities that come with it are a highlight of today’s world. The 55 Main Literary Society seeks to promote writing as the most integral form of self-expression and voicing opinions and concerns. It also seeks to further reading not only for amusement or knowledge but expanding horizons by coming across different perspectives and outlooks in this diverse world and immersion in the beauty of fiction. We employ this society as a platform to share what we write and read and use literature to connect on the intra-school and inter-school level. And we would love more people to join us. As a part of this society, you don’t need to be an excellent writer to have your words heard, we’d love to hear you anyway. It’s all about sharing your love for literature. This society is a boat that any literary enthusiast would love to sail on.
